Who are our shareholders?

All people, and organizations, that invest in Theosis are shareholders and therefore receive shareholder services such as feedback reports, financial statements, video reports, newsletters, (in the case of companies--employee incentive programmes).

Annual shareholder registration fee is US$50.00

Theosis makes a big deal of shareholders. We regard shareholder partners as a service field and therefore invest much of our efforts to ensure that being a shareholder of Theosis is a pleasurable, memorable and joyfully rewarding experience.

While Volunteers and Shareholders provide services to Clients (who are consumers of the care services), at Theosis it so happens that all three categories happen to be consumers of services.

  • We can never do what has to be done for those in need of hope and compassion services (Clients), if it is not for the continued financial backing of shareholders (who receive shareholder services), and the work done by volunteers (who receive volunteer services).

How do we serve our Shareholders?

Shareholders need to share in the joy of giving hope, in the happiness of results, in the exhilaration of saving a human life.

To help shareholders to share in the joys we provide at least the following services:

  • Shareholders receive the bi-monthly E-zine, 'The Joy of Hope' in which volunteers and clients share stories, pictures and articles about their experiences.

  • We are constantly updating our video and photo libraries with new pictures showing progress in the various projects.  Some of these are published on the internet but the libraries are made available on CD as well.  This is the best way a distant shareholder can keep close to developments at a project.

  • All shareholders receive a shareholder certificate.

  • Shareholders receive a copy of the annual financial statements.

  • Shareholders may also be trained in the basic operation philosophy of Theosis.

  • Shareholders have access to a password protected Shareholders Only aspect of the Web where household matters are shared and discussed.
